How do you reset the Service light of the Volkswagen Touran with the VCDS?

It will be possible to reset the Service light of the Volkswagen Touran using the VCDS after a diagnostic tool has been connected to the OBD port of the vehicle: the port will be located on the dashboard just below the steering column. Once the connection is established, the VCDS program interface must be used to select the specific car model and version: then follow the instructions to make the light disappear completely, disconnecting the scanner from its port and turning off the ignition.
