How do you reset the Service light on the Volvo XC40?

Model: Volvo Xc40 MK 1 - Years 2017-2026

It will be possible to completely remove the Service light from the instrument panel of the Volvo XC40 by holding down the button - located on the left side of the steering wheel, while the instrument panel is turned off. By continuing to hold down this button, it will be possible to turn on the instrument panel, waiting a moment for a message to appear informing that the reset is in progress; when the message indicating that the maintenance interval has been reset appears, it will be possible to release the button on the steering wheel. Once the operation has been completed, it will be possible to finish it by turning off the instrument panel.
