How to remove the gear knob of the Volvo S40.

If you want to remove the gear knob located inside the cabin of your second-generation Volvo S40 by yourself, you should first carefully read the following guide and then apply the various steps described. First, get into the car and make sure it is turned off, then shift your attention to the gear lever and detach the plastic located underneath the knob. Once you have done this, grasp the knob and pull it forcefully upwards until it is completely removed. At this point, the procedure is successfully completed, and you can proceed to install a new gear knob if desired.
