Removal of External Wing Mirror

Model: Volvo S70 MK 1 - Years 1996-2000

Replacing the external wing mirror requires removing the door panel to access the screws. Remove the panel using a screwdriver to unscrew the screws located behind the mirror. Bend the mirror to pull it outwards with your hands to detach it from the plastic retaining clips. Disconnect the wire by acting on the connector and remove the mirror. By releasing the retaining spring, replace the broken part and refit the mirror by reversing the steps. Ensure the perfect positioning of the three supports in their respective housings. Check that the adjustment mechanism still functions correctly.
