In this tutorial we can see how to replace the motor oil in the Yamaha XV 250, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is sufficiently cold, then position a container under the motorcycle, locate the drain hole bolt and unscrew it using a 17mm socket wrench. Let all the oil in the system drain out, open the filter cap with a 5mm hex key and insert the replacement. At this point, all that's left to do is reassemble everything and add the necessary amount of oil through the appropriate hole.

How to Replace the Clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple?
