In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Yamaha Fazer 1000, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be cold enough, then we position a container underneath it, locate the drain hole bolt and unscrew it using a 17mm socket wrench. We then let all the oil in the system drain out, unscrew the old filter and tighten both the replacement and the bolt. At this point, all that's left is to pour the necessary amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
