In this guide we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the cylinder head, cylinder, and piston (thermal group) of the Yamaha Majesty 250 scooter. In this case, the disassembly operation of the thermal group with the entire engine block removed is carried out; so we unscrew the cylinder head screws to remove it, then also remove the cylinder, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the clip and the piston pin, removing it from the connecting rod; we replace and correctly install the new thermal group, applying the reverse procedure!
