How to replace front brake pads Yamaha R1 '04 -'06

Today we replace the pads of your R1. First buy the replacement on the internet or from a dealer. Make sure that it is interchangeable with the model of your caliper. On the market, in addition to different brands, you will find the presence of different types; differentiated by use: purely track, road-track or even just road. The main difference is that the track ones can be stressed more but we start to perform well after they have warmed up enough. Until you get to the road that work immediately, but when they are too hot they lose braking power. Let's move to the caliper and remove the stops. Then we remove the pin, and the worn pads. Let's return the caliper pistons to the start of the stroke. We insert the new spare parts and reassemble everything. Now we repeat on the other caliper.

How do you change the Piaggio MP3 engine oil?

The Piaggio MP3 engine oil change is carried out by unscrewing the oil drain plug which is positioned in the lower part of the bike, immediately in front of the rear wheel. Once the cap has been opened, it will be possible to let the used oil flow into a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug there will be the oil filter, which must be extracted from its seat and replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, it will also be possible to close the drain plug and top up from the special vent.
