Below are the instructions that will allow you to remove and replace the drive belt on the Yamaha Tmax 500 scooter. First, place it on the centre stand and start by removing the cap from the transmission side cover; then unscrew all the fixing screws found on the sides of the cover to remove it, as shown in the video. Next, remove the cooling fan and then take off the drive belt; replace it with the new original one, finally reassembling the side cover!
