How to reset the belt kilometers of the Yamaha Tmax 500

If you want to manually reset the data of the total kilometers traveled by the belt of your Tmax 500, all you have to do is put into practice what is described in our mini guide. Once the instrument panel is on, press the menu button several times so that you can navigate through it. Once the item relating to the total kilometers of the belt is displayed, press and hold the left button located below the water temperature indicator. After a few seconds, release the button and keep it pressed again until the belt kilometers return to zero.

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
