These brief and simple steps will guide you on how to disassemble and replace the front fork seals on the Yamaha FZ6 Fazer motorcycle. First, place the bike on the centre stand and start unscrewing the screws of the front mudguard to remove it; then unscrew the screws of the brake calipers, detaching them from the discs.

At this point, unscrew the central axle of the wheel, thus removing the wheel from the fork; slide out the forks to replace the seals and dust seals, installing the original ones. Reassemble the front fork and refit everything!
