To replace the coolant in a Yamaha FZ1, you need to disconnect the coolant passage hose at the fastening ring located on the right side of the bike, towards the front. This will allow you to collect the fluid that will drain into a suitably positioned container. Once all the fluid has drained, reposition the hose and top up the system: pour the coolant into the radiator through the opening at the top of the bike, to the right of the fork.
