To replace the air filter on the Yamaha FJR 1300, loosen the screws securing the seat so that it can be removed from its housing. After removing the seat, loosen the screws that secure the left side panel of the bike, located just below the seat: this will allow access to the components underneath. Here, unscrew the screws that secure the cover of the filter box, extracting it from inside. Once the new filter has been inserted, cover everything back up with the cover and the corresponding side panel of the bike.
