To replace the battery on the Yamaha WR 450F, loosen the side screws securing the seat to its housing so that it can be fully lifted, providing access to the components underneath. At the rear of the under-seat compartment, you will find the battery, which needs to be disconnected from its power cables and removed from its mounting screws. At this point, the battery can be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new spare part, then reattach the seat.
