In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the engine oil service on the Yamaha XMAX 300 scooter, a very simple operation that should only be performed after completing the required scheduled maintenance. Start by inserting the key and turning on the instrument cluster; it is not necessary to start the engine, then push the selector located below the throttle grip to the left.

After about 3 seconds, the service interval will start to flash; at this point, release the button and press it a second time for 15 seconds, or until the reset is complete.
