In this guide, we will see the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the fairings of the Yamaha YZF R1. First, we put our bike on the stand and start removing the fairings located under the engine and on the side, unscrewing the screws that we find on the sides; then we detach the fairings located on the sides of the headlight, as shown in the video. At this point, we also remove the two fairings located near the front brake discs, unscrewing the two screws; then we remove the windshield and the rear fairings, proceeding in the same way, following the video tutorial to the end!

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
