How to adjust the time on Yamaha R1?

In this tutorial, we can see how to adjust the time on the Yamaha R1, a very simple and quick operation to be carried out, for example, after replacing the battery or following the switch to daylight saving time. First of all, we insert the key and turn on the instrument panel, then we hold down the two buttons on the left side of the dashboard until the clock starts flashing. Once this is done, we vary the time using the "RESET" button, move on to the minutes with the "SELECT" button and, in the same way, adjust them. Finally, we save the setting by pressing the "SELECT" button one last time.

How to change the engine oil of Suzuki RM-Z450?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Suzuki RM-Z450 you have to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike; once this has been removed, it will be possible to go and unscrew the oil drain plug located in the part previously covered by the plate. Therefore all the used oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container; when all the oil has run out, the oil filter can be removed and replaced. Then you will have to top up by inserting the new oil from the vent on the crankcase on the left of the bike.
