This video shows where the battery is located on the Yamaha T-MAX scooter and how to access it, useful if you need to replace it or perform an emergency start. As shown, it is positioned in the front area of the scooter, just above the headlight assembly. To access it, you must first remove both mirrors, then take off the fairing, windscreen, and finally the rubber cover. To remove the battery, simply disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative, and unscrew the bolts of the mounting bracket.

At the base of the radiator, locate the drain plug, which must be unscrewed to allow the coolant to flow into a suitably positioned container.
