To reset the V-Belt warning light on the Yamaha Xmax 300, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to switch on the instrument panel. To reset the warning light, pull in the lever located at the base of the right handlebar. While holding this lever, the light will start to flash until the kilometres remaining until the next replacement are reset. Once the kilometres have increased, you can release the lever and also turn off the ignition by turning the key and removing it from the lock.
