To reset the V-Belt warning light on the Yamaha Xmax 300, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to switch on the instrument panel. To reset the warning light, pull the lever located at the base of the right handlebar inwards. While holding the lever, the light will start to flash until the kilometres remaining until the next replacement are reset. Once the kilometres have increased, you can release the lever and turn off the ignition by rotating the key counterclockwise.
