Below is the procedure to reset the maintenance light for the engine oil change on the Yamaha Xmax 300 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and begin pressing and holding the button located under the battery switch; then turn on the instrument panel by turning the key to position one, and wait for the service and mileage lights to stop flashing, as shown in the video. At this point, turn off the instrument panel and start the engine, ensuring that the light has reset!
