How do you reset the Oil Service light on the Yamaha Tmax 500?

In order to reset the Oil Service light on the Yamaha Tmax 500, you need to turn on the instrument panel by turning the ignition key inside the corresponding block: once this is turned on, you can scroll through the menu by repeatedly pressing the button on the left side of the panel. This way, you can stop when the oil replacement interval appears: now you need to hold down the button until the interval is reset and you will notice that the Oil Service light will also completely disappear from the instrument panel.

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
