On Ford Fiesta 1.4 tdci some problems regarding the injectors have been encountered. According to various reports, the engine suffers loss of power and hiccups after 2000 rpm. In many cases, however, even completely replacing the injectors the problem has not been resolved. At this point it was thought that the cause was to be attributed to the presence of impurities or water in the diesel fuel, which in some cases could also be true, but the more valid thesis would seem that the problem derives from the diesel fuel flow pipes. from the filter to the injectors, which over time tend to crack and let air into the system.
