Answer

If when activating the passenger compartment fan it happens that it does not activate or starts only at maximum speed, then it means that the resistance that regulates the speed of the fan motor has been damaged; on the second series of the Twingo the fan is located in the center of the dashboard, behind the central air vents and in order to reach it, the dashboard trim elements must be removed.
