Removing the Fan Resistor on a Renault Twingo

Is the fan on your Twingo not working properly? Let's look at how to remove the fan resistor. Use a lever to remove the plastic cover under the front windscreen (above the dashboard), and if there are securing screws, unscrew the cover. Identify the part to remove: disconnect the large connector from the resistor, then take it out of the cabin. Insert a new fan resistor (connect the power connector). After installing the replacement part, you can reattach the cover over the dashboard. Check that all parts are correctly mounted and test their functionality (start the vehicle and test the fan).
