In this tutorial we can see how to replace the diesel filter in the Alfa Romeo MiTo, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is cold enough, then open the hood and locate the filter in question located on the passenger side. Then disconnect both tubes using pliers, loosen the nut of the mounting bracket with a 10mm socket wrench and remove the filter from the housing. At this point, all that remains is to disconnect the connector of the lower sensor, transfer the sensor itself to the replacement and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
