Alfa Romeo 166 - Video tutorial
Model: Alfa Romeo 166
MK 1
- Years 1998-2007 Let's start by opening the hood. Next we will go to remove the device cover / positive clamp placed above the battery, and we will unscrew the bolt that secures it. We will repeat this step for the negative clamp. Once both clamps have been removed, the battery will be fixed to its seat only by the strap. To remove this belt, we will have to unscrew and remove the bolt located on the lower left side. Once this is done we can extract the battery. Before putting it aside, we will have to lastly remove the cover placed on the 4 sides of the battery. Once this is done, to reassemble the new battery simply repeat the steps in reverse, and we will have successfully completed the replacement.
