How to Remove the Door Panel of an Alfa Romeo 166

Before you begin, open the door of your Alfa Romeo 166. Start by prising out and removing the inserts of the door panel using a thin but sturdy tool. Next, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the door panel to the door itself. By doing this, you will have freed the door panel of your Alfa Romeo 166. At this point, unclip and remove the panel from the door, then disconnect the electrical connector and the handle cable. Once you have disconnected the handle cable and the window switch connector, you will have successfully completed the disassembly.
