To set the clock on an Alfa Romeo 166, turn on the instrument panel and press the TRIP button located on the central dashboard panel. Once pressed, select "Settings" using the right circular button.

Rotate this button until you select "Time/Date". By selecting "Settings" again, the numbers indicating the time will be highlighted, allowing you to modify the time using the button on the right side of the central panel.
