To replace the heating radiator on an Alfa Romeo 166, open the bonnet to access the engine compartment directly under the windscreen. In the central area, you will find a panel that needs to be removed.

By removing this panel, you can locate the cabin heating radiator, which can be taken out by unscrewing the screws that secure it in place and disconnecting the pipes. This will allow you to insert the new radiator, refitting all the components removed earlier.
