This guide will show you the main instructions to remove and replace the EGR valve radiator or heat exchanger on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2.0 JTDm. First, open the bonnet and begin draining the coolant. Then, proceed to remove the EGR valve and its radiator, located at the bottom right, by unscrewing all the fixing screws and disconnecting the various pipes. At this point, you can remove the EGR valve radiator and replace it with the new original one!
