In this short guide, let's find out today the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the EGR valve of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2.0 JTDM. First of all, we open the bonnet of our car and begin to locate the Egr valve, which we find on the upper part of the engine compartment; then let's disconnect its electrical connector, as shown in the video. At this point, use a torx key or screwdriver to unscrew the valve screws, in order to remove it and replace it with the new one (or clean it); let's reassemble the new EGR valve correctly!
