How to Replace the Battery in an Alfa Romeo 159

Model: Alfa Romeo 159 MK 1 - Years 2005-2011
Part: Battery

To replace the battery in an Alfa Romeo 159, turn off the engine and remove the key. Open the bonnet and locate the battery, usually on the front right side of the engine bay, protected by a plastic cover. Remove the cover and disconnect the negative (-) terminal first, then the positive (+) terminal using an appropriate spanner. Unscrew the bracket holding the battery in place and lift the battery out of the compartment. Insert the new battery into the same housing, secure the bracket, connect the positive (+) terminal first, then the negative (-) terminal. Reattach the cover and check the proper functioning of the electrical systems.

Where to Find the Fuses in the Nissan Qashqai

The fuse box in the Nissan Qashqai's cabin is located to the left of the steering wheel, where there is a small cover. Pull it off to access the fuse and relay box. To replace a fuse, if that is the cause of the issue, take a small pair of pliers and remove the fuse of the non-functioning component. Check that the bridge inside the fuse is not broken; if it is broken, replace the fuse with a new one of the same amperage as the old one. If the bridge is intact, the fuse is functioning correctly.
