Do we want to remove the Alfa Romeo Gt gearshift gaiter? Let's see the disassembly of the pieces. We detach the cap frame from above the central tunnel, we unhook the cap from under the knob (lock button). We remove the leather boot from above the shift rod once everything is unlocked. We insert the new headset inside above the shift rod: we block the fixing clips above the central tunnel. We fix the leather boot under the gear knob. We test the fastening of the parts mounted above the shift rod. We replace the shift knob if it is damaged or worn from above the shaft.
