The youtuber found the problem by opening the tailgate from the inside and then looking for the electric impulse cables of the tailgate, which are located in a large flexible channel at the top of the tailgate, on the left side of it when looking at the car from behind. Carefully removing the wires from the channel, we can see that there are some cut cables, which can be quite normal given the movement of the tailgate. Simply replacing or reattaching them will ensure the proper functioning of the component.
