How to Replace the Front Bumper of an Alfa Romeo 156

First, release the bonnet from the latch and lift it using the prop rod. Now, start unscrewing the various screws that secure the grille above the bumper. Next, unscrew the screws that secure the protective panel under the engine, then remove the clips that secure the inner part of the wing to the rear of the bumper. This will completely detach the bumper; simply pull it towards you to remove it and disconnect the plugs at the back of each headlamp.
