In this video tutorial, you will see how to remove the front bumper of an Alfa Romeo 156. Start by opening the car's engine bonnet: use a screwdriver to unscrew the upper plastic panel and all the screws on the bumper; leverage to remove all the grilles and chrome trims.

Next, unscrew the side screws of the bumper located near the wings, using a Torx screwdriver, and repeat the operation on the other side: then unscrew the screws located underneath the bumper, as shown in the video.

Now gently pull out the bumper.
