To dismantle the engine block of the Aprilia RS 125, loosen the screws that secure it to its housing, then disconnect all connectors and remove the pipes. After removal, you can loosen the screws that secure the cylinder in place and completely remove it. Once the cylinder is removed, detach the piston from the connecting rod to access the crankshaft.

Any components that need replacing can then be installed, reassembling the engine.
