How to Replace the Rear Shock Absorber on an Aprilia RSV4 1000

Model: Aprilia Rsv4 1000
Part: Shocks

Video tutorial

You can replace the rear shock absorber on an Aprilia RSV4 1000 by loosening the screws that secure it to its housing: this is located at the rear between the rear mudguard and the corresponding swingarm. Once the screws securing the shock absorber have been removed from both the lower and upper parts, you can slide out the old shock absorber and insert the new one: the latter must be secured with the respective screws at both the lower and upper ends to ensure everything functions correctly.
