How to change the key fob battery for our Audi A4? Let's see in this video how to do it in detail. Take your key fob and press the metal key extraction button. Once the metal key is out, insert a small screwdriver into both ends of the cover. Pry apart the two halves of the cover, then open one half of the cover and use a small screwdriver to remove the worn battery. Take a new battery of the same type and replace it. Reassemble the cover on your key fob by pressing on the key case until you hear it click into place. Check that the key functions correctly.
