How to remove the rear bumper on Audi A4? Follow these steps for a straightforward operation: open the trunk, grab a Phillips screwdriver and a socket wrench, then remove the taillights from the vehicle. Unscrew the screws around the perimeter of the bumper. After removing the screws located at the bottom of the trunk lining, unscrew the fasteners at the bottom of the bumper (between the frame and the bumper). Once the bumper is free of any screws or pins, grasp it with your hands and pull it away from the body.
