Below is the procedure to replace the battery in your third-generation Audi A3 key. First, you need a small flathead screwdriver and, of course, a new battery, specifically a CR2032 model. Once you have both items, take the car key and proceed to remove the rear cover using the screwdriver. Next, use the screwdriver again to easily remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. Finally, reassemble the cover.
