Replacement of rear bulbs on Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 1, 8L - Years 1996-2003
Part: Tail light

Are the rear light bulbs damaged? Do we want to replace the headlight? Let's remove the rear light and replace it. We open the tailgate of the luggage compartment and put it in safety; we remove the cover in the back of the rear light. We unscrew all the screws that block the headlight. We detach the lighthouse from its housing with a lever and disconnect the power supply terminals. We disassemble the damaged bulbs and replace them (equal pieces of size and voltage). After replacing the damaged headlight (with a new one): we mount the new headlight in the sheet metal of the car. We test the correct functioning of the bulbs that we have mounted in the headlight of the Audi A3.

How to Replace the Boot Compartment Light Bulb on a Peugeot 208

If you want to improve visibility inside the boot compartment, it is recommended to replace the original incandescent bulb with a LED type (T10 fitting); once the rear hatch is opened, locate the bulb holder positioned on the side, near the shock absorber dome, where the plastic grille is located. Then, lever the retaining tab to extract the bulb holder, disconnect the power connector, and remove the old bulb to replace it with the LED one; reconnect the power, check the correct operation of the bulb (if not, rotate it 180°), and reposition the bulb holder in its place.
