How to remove the airbag of an Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 3, 8V - Years 2012-2019

I recommend performing this procedure with the battery disconnected. Before we can begin, we will have to go and sit in the driver's seat of our Audi A3. So let's start by rotating the steering wheel 90 degrees clockwise, then adjust it by pulling it as far as possible towards us and then lowering it. We then proceed by going to unhook the rear hooks that secure the airbag. By doing so, we will have released the airbag from the steering wheel. We then proceed by going to extract it, and then disconnect the relative plug. When we have completed this step, we will be able to remove the airbag, and we will have completed the disassembly.
