How to remove the steering wheel airbag of the Audi A3

Today we will explain how to remove the steering wheel airbag on an Audi A3 model 8V. To remove the airbag, first we need to remove the steering wheel cover and then rotate the steering wheel itself 180°. Insert the airbag removal key into the lower hole and move the key to shift the internal lever and open the central body cover. Remove the central body by disconnecting the connector, thus disconnecting the airbag. After performing this operation, it is possible to perform the necessary maintenance inside the steering wheel, such as its replacement.
