Replacing the Rear Headlight on an Audi A6

Lift the trunk lid and observe the area behind the affected headlight. Remove the fastener that secures the headlight from behind and pull it out of its housing. Once the headlight is out, disconnect its connector. At this point, your headlight will be free: you can replace any burnt-out bulb by accessing the usually hidden area of the headlight, or simply install a new headlight if the old one is damaged. To do this, simply reverse the process by reconnecting the connector and securely inserting it back into place, then screw it in from the trunk.
