How to Replace the Key Battery of an Audi A4?

Model: Audi A4 B7 - Years 2004-2008

Start by pressing and holding the button on the top side of the key fob of your Audi A4, which will open the physical key. Then, using a flathead screwdriver and prying gently, remove the back cover of the key to access the dead battery. Once you have removed the back cover, you can take the battery out of its housing, completing the disassembly. To install the new battery and close the key, simply follow these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
