Removing the Shift Knob on Audi A4 B8

In this video tutorial, you will see how to remove and replace the shift knob on an Audi A4 B8. First, get inside the vehicle and unclip the shift boot by prying it from the sides; then lift it up and use something sharp to remove the clamp securing the boot to the shift knob. Once done, pull out the shift knob along with the boot, as shown in the video. All that's left is to replace it with the new one, inserting it into the boot and then installing them together on the shift lever.
