Battery Replacement on Audi Q5

On the Audi Q5, the battery is located in an unconventional position: it is not under the hood in the engine compartment, but in the trunk, behind the rear seats. Using the designated handle, lift the trunk mat. Remove the clip and the connector for the rear speaker, take it out, and then move to the spare tire. At this point, you can remove the battery by unfastening the strap and removing the clip, then disconnecting the two terminals (always start with the negative). Pull out the battery and reverse the steps for installation.
