To replace the exterior door handle on the Audi Q5, open the door and remove the circular cover on its inner side. Under this cover, you will find a screw that needs to be loosened. Once this screw is removed, you can detach the handle cover, including the lock portion. Under the handle cover, there are two screws that also secure the lower part of the handle itself: by removing these screws, you can take out the handle and replace it with a new part, also installing the cover.
